Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• The product has not been used, altered, or tampered with
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Due to the nature of raw labdanum resin as a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at ladanifer@proton.me with your order number and reason for return within the 14-day period.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ladanifer@proton.me with photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or partially used labdanum resin
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
