Shipping Zones

We ship to all EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway, the UK, and more. All orders are dispatched from the Algarve, Portugal.

Free Shipping

Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU. This threshold applies per order, not per item.

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders under €50, the following rates apply:

• All destinations: €6.99

Delivery Times

After dispatch (within 1–3 business days), estimated delivery is:

• Portugal: 2–4 business days
• Spain, France: 3–6 business days
• Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium: 4–7 business days
• Rest of EU: 5–9 business days

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent by email once dispatched. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website or contact us at ladanifer@proton.me for assistance.

Packaging

Labdanum resin is packed in airtight, food-safe pouches inside padded envelopes to ensure it arrives intact and fresh. All packaging is recyclable where local facilities allow.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at ladanifer@proton.me. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
